I was at McDonalds in Centreville with a friend yesterday and ml.

I was inside getting our food, a car pulled into the parking place next to me and parked so close that I couldn’t get in my door. Then several employees came out of the store to see the baby in the car next to me. I was then left in th he store to wait, with no one behind the counter until the employees came back inside. Meanwhile, my friend whose 4 year old daughter was with us, said something to the people in the other car about parking so close and they wanted to fight. The McDonald’s manager was watching the whole fuss and didn’t even offer to help resolve the issue. I was afraid of what might happen next , and even though my order wasn’t right, I left to get away from the situation before someone got hurt? I think that the McDonald’s employees should take and complete orders of customers instead of visiting with friends in the parking lot. Also, when I was leaving there was another person who walked up to the drive thru
Window to visit with employees. Where are the managers when all this stuff is taking Place? I’m not sure that I want to visit this McDonalds on Saturday afteenoon,

I just tried to use a survey recited and was told that because I purchased a Big Mac meal and a Big Mac that I couldn’t use the survey for a free Big Mac. That is rediculas! It says of equal or lesser value!! I should not of had to pay for
The second Big Mac! It would have been cheaper for me to order the Big Mac, fries and soda separate and get the second Big Mac free but I wasn’t offered that option. Not happy with mcDonalda!!

Just ordered 2 Mcmuffins and they didn’t have the Canadian bacon on them. Went through drive through and was in the road driving so couldn’t turn back to complain.

Went through drive through. at Merchants Rd location in Knoxville, TN. Order taker cut me off before I could ask for extra tarter sauce. Then at pay window she was grumpy although I tried to be nice to her. Then at pickup window employee was not nice nor did she greet me. I pull off and my fish sandwich is loaded, and I really means loaded with tarter sauce. I have to scrape a big pile off of it. Then I did not get a straw for my drink. Employees don’t care. When I worked fast food years ago, this would have been unacceptable.
